Fantastic for Starters and Women Looking to Change Up Their WorkoutsSep 25, 2009 This book not only has a hundred women-appropriate workouts, but it also groups them and give you routines to do if you want to focus on just one body part or you need a full body work out. It has options for people who can't go to the gym and beginners. I use it to get new ideas and even organize my workouts so I get the most out of each one. I would definitely recommend this!
Great!Jul 13, 2009 This book has some great pictures and explanations. I love to lift weights and bought this book to learn new lifts and see the proper technique.

101 Workouts for Women: Everything You Need to Get a Lean, Strong and Fit PhysiqueJun 09, 2009 The book is well illustrated with nice glossy pictures and the layout is well organized. But that is what one comes to expect from the 101 Series.

This book is kicking me into shapeMar 18, 2009 This book is so good that I am sometimes afraid to use it. I have several workout books that I use to just go along on autopilot and not give up on my workout too early (or get so carried away that I never want to return to the gym), and this book is really the toughest. The workouts are all easy enough to accomplish, but every one of them really burns the next day. The best thing about this book is that there really are 101 workouts! This is a perfect book for people who are looking for toning-up workout programs that really work.

One of the best weight training books I've seen Jan 23, 2009 This book has over 200 different exercises, divided into sections addressing different muscle groups. It's great for beginners trying to figure out their own exercise regime, but it's also very useful for advanced folks that want to spice up their routines. The book has about 20-30 pages at the back addressing suggestions for supersets on different muscle groups. If the book had another chapter on suggested workout programmes, it would have been an awesome book; as is, it's just a great book. All in all though, one of the best workout books I've seen out there.
